CDS projects have stopped running in all environments.

CDS scheduled projects suddenly stopped running on 15/04/2026 at around 8.30am.  All projects, all environments. No failures.  Just not running.

I can still run them manually.

I raised a critical ticket with Microsoft, not heard anything back.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Does anyone know how the scheduling works?  Is it an SQL service/job etc?

Thanks

Liz

First thing to check right now: go to the Power Platform admin center > Service health or check the Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health and look for any active or resolved incidents for Dataverse or Power Platform around April 15 at 08:30. Your Microsoft support ticket should reference the same incident if one exists.

On how the scheduling works: CDS Data Integrator projects use an internal Microsoft-managed scheduling service, not a SQL job you can access directly. The scheduler is fully managed by Microsoft on the backend. You have no visibility into it outside of the run history in the admin center.

The fact that manual runs work but scheduled runs silently stopped across all environments and all projects at the same time points to either a service-side scheduling incident or a tenant-level change that disrupted the scheduler token or connection.

Can you confirm what type of projects these are? Data Integrator projects in the Power Platform admin center, or something else? And what region is your tenant in? That will help narrow down whether this matches a known update or incident.

    Best regards,

    Valantis

    HI - thankyou.

Looking through known issues I can't see anything relevant.

The projects consist of integration tasks between our D365 CE and D365 F&O environments.

I don't know how to find out tenant information.

    We're in the UK.

    Thanks

As per my view, this is not an SQL job or anything you control.
Scheduling for integrations between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is handled by Microsoft-managed cloud services.
Given your symptoms (all projects, all environments, same time, no failures, manual works), this is almost certainly a Microsoft-side scheduler issue in the UK region, not a configuration problem.
