Happy Pi Day!  In addition to Albert Einstein’s birthday, it’s time to celebrate pi (Ï€).  Yes, pi (Ï€) – that funny looking Greek letter that represents the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameterNo matter the size of the circle, you can divide the distance around it by the distance across and get the same number 3.14159265..., approximated as 3.14159.  Most people shorten this to 3.14, which is why Pi Day is celebrated on March 14 (3/14). Today!  On this day we indulge in its nearest edible equivalent and food with the matching pronunciation, pie
