Every organisation has legacy systems with no APIs and business-critical apps that still require someone to log in and click through screens — and traditional RPA's brittle selectors never truly solved this. Computer use in Microsoft Copilot Studio, now generally available, changes the game: agents that see the screen, reason about what's on it, and operate any application a human can — no APIs, no selectors, no code. In this demo-heavy session, we'll build a Legacy Order Management Agent end to end — extracting requests from unstructured emails with AI Builder, validating them in Copilot Studio, and watching the agent navigate a legacy app live, adapting in real time when the UI changes. You'll leave knowing when computer use is the right tool, when it isn't, and how to take your first agent from demo to governed production deployment.
