IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU WILL BE ATTENDING IN PERSON!
• All guests (including Microsoft visitors) must present a current, government issued photo ID; international participants may present a passport.
• Walk ins will not be allowed.
• All external guests must either provide proof of vaccination the day of the engagement via Microsoft HealthCheck (https://aka.ms/healthcheck) or self-attest via Microsoft HealthCheck (https://aka.ms/healthcheck) to having received a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days of the engagement.
o If a guest has uploaded their proof of vaccination to HealthCheck, it will be valid for 30 days. After that period, guests will need to re-upload if they plan to visit a Microsoft site.
o Microsoft employees must upload their proof of vaccination or approved accommodation to HealthCheck (https://aka.ms/healthcheck) if they haven’t already done so.
