Currently, Power Platform Admin Center lets you see what all Dataverse tables are getting access from a Solution.
However, there isn’t an out of the box way to see what security roles are giving access to a particular Dataverse table.
So, if you want to audit access to one Dataverse table, theoretically you have to go through every single security role in your environment. In this session Mitanshu show an application that solves this problem.
