I have two cloud flows in Power Automate. 1st one is based on MS Form submission trigger and 2nd one is based on triggering from PowerApps. Now the flow is almost the same, other than the triggers.
Several parts of the flow include - Get user info, lookup into excel file Get a ROW, Send an email etc
When the MS Form Flow get triggered it runs all steps using my outlook/office profile (Owners) . However, when the PowerApps flow gets triggered it runs using the users outlook/office profile, which causes issues as the excel file we are using to GET A ROW, is not accessible (should not be accessible) to the end users. So I want the POWERAPPS flow to run exactly like MS forms flow, where it will navigate through steps using MY PROFILE instead of end user's profile.
I am unable to understand why it works on Forms Flow and not on powerapps flow, though the FLOW and the steps are exactly same.
Please help, I am struggling on this from long time.
