Hi @oladurodola, there are a few ways you could tackle this and it will come down to your end goal:
- For PM motions and activities you can use D365 Project Operations (coming to GCC soon I am told)
- For resource management and automated scheduling, you could use D365 Field Service with Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
- For distribution of tasks, even to different teams, you could use D365 Customer Service with owner teams, queues, and tasks
- Since this community page is regarding Power Pages, if this is for a partner or vendor to leverage a portal then your best bet would most likely would be to leverage Tasks and Queues, the 'team' aspect would come from a property on their Contact records
