Generate QR Code/Barcode for Sharepoint List Calculated field with Power Automate/Microsoft Flow

With the standard setting, Calculated field does not support Picture format (QR Code/Barcode) view.

Even with the standard barcode generating function in sharepoint (view our other video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnKoaYObSLs ), we cannot modify the barcodes' value or format.

This video solves the above issues.

The solution uses Power Automate/Microsoft Flow to help auto generate customized QR Code/Barcode for Sharepoint List Calculated field with .

    If you are going to edit the flow, you will need to change it back to hyperlink prior to modifying the flow.

    Hi, 

    Thanks for the very descriptive Video. I was able to generate the QR codes. If you could also tell me how the QR codes in the Sharepoint list can be printed, it would be really helpful. The Sharepoint list when exported to Excel given only the website link but not the QR Code image.

    Once i try to create a qr code it works fine. But as soon as i change the Hyperlink data type to picture the flow says the column has been removed from schema and it just saves the hyperlink instead of picutre.
