In this video, I will show you a Flow that is quick and easy to make and will save you time by allowing you to no longer manually archive files!
There are a couple of tricks to get this Flow running correctly for you so Make sure to watch until the end.

    @JonL, thanks for the great video! Can you make a video explaining how to archive entire FOLDERS that contain ONLY files modified more than 6 months ago (i.e. no files have been modified within the past 6 months)?

    Hi Jon, I was looking for a Flow like this, so thanks!  But... when trying to recreate your flow, I ran into a problem.  

    I have copied your flow and instead of setting it for 129 days, I want to archive news items from a SP Online site (SitePages) after 30 days.  The glitch is happens at the step 'Apply to each' (at 3:25): Apply to each - Get File Metadata. I cannot add 'Identifier'. There is no Dynamic Content with that name.  So why can't I select 'Identifier' ?  Obviously, I did something wrong ;).  If you can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome! Thanks, Claudia
