Manually trigger to get approval for a Freshdesk ticket. Response is posted as note back into ticket and ticket status updated. Easy to trigger from Freshdesk, just create scenario to set ticket status to pending approval and post note with a link to the flow trigger. Click link to launch flow, enter approver email, ticket id (flow inputs).
