This is an app for Bi-Weekly1-1Tracker to capture feedback from employees for the list of questioners as per the organization standards.

 

Pre-requisites:

Following are the pre-requisites to install Bi-Weekly 1-1 tracker app in the desired Power App Environment.

  1. SharePoint site access with Contributor Permission to restore the list template attached or create the list as mentioned below
  2. Power Apps Citizen Developer Permission to desired Power App Environment

Setting Up SharePoint Environment:

Use the attached list template uploaded and create a list or could create the SharePoint custom list as mentioned below

  1. Create BiWeekly Tracker Questionnaire with the following column names
    1. Question (Single Line of text)
    2. Category (Choice)
      1.       Workload and Stress Level
      2.       Work Allocation
      3.       Expectations
      4.       Unfinished Business
      5.       Improvement Areas in your control
      6.       Improvement Areas outside of your control
    3. Target Value (Single Line of text)
    4. Order (Number)
  1. Create BiWeekly Tracker Report with the following column names
    1. Email
    2. Question (Single Line of text)
    3. Category (Single Line of text)
    4. Value (Single Line of text)
    5. Caused By (Single Line of text)
    6. Comments (Single Line of text)
    7. Employee Name (Person Field)
    8. From Date (Date only)
    9. To Date (Date only)

Setting Up PowerApp:

Upload the PowerApp into the desired environment and update the SharePoint connector to the respective list created and validate the column name if there are error thrown in the app.
