I showcase my Desk Reservation system template built in Power Apps. This is a mobile based app that lets you book a desk and/or office space and keep track of your reservations.

 

This template could be used for many different scenarios like:

🖥 Reserving Desks

🏢 Reserving Conference Room

🏫 Booking appointments with a professor

💇 Parking spot reservations

Many more!

 

I've made several improvements to this version of the Desk Reservation template including:

✅ Light and dark mode

✅ Protection against double booking

✅ Ability to allow multiple or single desk selection

✅ Support for SharePoint image control

    How would I link a reservation to outlook so I have it in my calendar as well as the app?
