This application allows administrator to reassign any existing and pending for approval task to another user. Very useful if you find yourself in a situation, that the original assignee went on holidays and there is no way to get him online to reassign his task on to someone else.

Note! To use this app you need to have premium PowerApps P1 license, so that you're able to access Common Data Services.

    I had to set the read privilege to that of business unit for the "Approval" entity. And then the person to whom the approval request is reassigned, he/she is able to view and take action. 

     

    Do you think I am doing this the correct way? Can you please help.

    Hello Tomas,

     

    In my case, the approval request disappears from the original assignee, however it does not appear in the flow approval screen of the reassigned person.

     

    Can you please help.
