Here, I am sharing a flow setup that can be used to export tasks related data from a planner plan to Excel. This includes data like the categories applied to a task, notes on the task, completion percentage, assignments etc.
 
This flow basically gets you all the data from planner. You can setup separate flows to clean up the excel before a new import from planner to make the system more self maintained.

    This flow seems to be working until I'm getting an error at this step towards the end and not sure why? I've created a filter "Filter Array 2" as I only want to report on a certain label.

    Any assistance would be great in troubleshooting.

    Modify the final "apply to each" loop that writes to the Excel sheet.  For that action, instead of looping through the Buckets, modify that action to loop through each TASK.  Please see attached screenshot.

    Hi @yashag2255,

     

    Thanks for this flow, It works quite well. But I need small changes in this.

    1. I want to export all Plan Id data from planner to excel.

    2. The given flow is only adding tasks to excel, But all so I need update a row when is there any changes is done for existing tasks. Example: priority status or progress status might change after few days.

     

    Could you please help me with this.

    Hi @yashag2255 , I had a question - how can we add a functionality or a condition that will not allow inserting duplicate values into an excel file? We want this automated flow to run once or twice a week, but looks like it adds the same rows each time it runs. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
