In the 10th day of the 25 days of flows, we will learn how to leverage the outcome of an approval for subsequent actions in our flows. In this case, when a new contract is added in Dynamics, an approval process is started with the team that validates the contract. If the contract information is validated, then a Planner Task is created for the next team who will create an on-boarding package for the contractors, with everything they need to kick of their contract, such as specs, drawings, compliance guidelines, incident management processes etc. (Note: in this case we could not fully automate the on-boarding package, since we need a person to review "all" the account relationships to determine what's best for each package on a case by case basis.)
