Description: This Flow will allow for educators to create a calendar of assessments across the institution

Detailed Instructions: 

1. Import the package attached below into your own environment.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft Forms and SharePoint account. 
3. Set up the form with appropriate fields that you want to capture for the assessment details (grade, teacher, day and time)
4. Set up the SharePoint online list and add different calendar views for each grade.
