How Many Words? is a Power Apps word game. Using an anagram format, it allows the player to make as many words as they can from a given word. The given words vary from 7 - 10 letters in length and the number of words available to be found vary as well. The player does not need to find all the words to move to the next level. I love word games and we have a feature on our intranet where IT puts out a weekly puzzle. Crosswords and other word games. The most recent were anagram games, but I found that I missed the ability to shuffle the letters. Wondering if I could do that in Power apps was the impetus that led to this game. I hope you enjoy.

The app uses the new StartScreen property. If the player has played before, it bypasses the tutorial screen and takes them directly to the game board at the level they left off with.
A timer controls the visibility of messages indicating if the word has already been found, if it's too short or if it's not an allowed word. Once the timer ends, the input is cleared and ready for the next attempt. The player has the option to type into the box or select the letters individually, building the word as they tap.
This app incorporates functions like Rand() and Split() to build the collection of letters and allow them to be shuffled.
