A parallel approval flow demo showcasing a scenario where the approval is sent to a group. When one of the users from that group of people approves/declines it, the rest of the people don't have to take any action. However, the approval request remains in the users Action Items. This flow takes care of clearing up the items from the Action items.

Example:

Consider two parallel approvals:

Approval-1

Assigned to: User-A, User-B

Approval-2

Assigned to: User-C, User-D

As soon as User-A (or User-B) approves the Flow. The request still stays in User-B. This flow will ensures that it removes that action item from that user.

This flow uses premium connection, since it makes query to Common Data Service (CDS) to clear the approval entries. That's the pre-requisite.
