HappyBirthday is a Power Automate flow template to send a single email out to the company listing all people who are celebrating their birthday on that day.
Features
- You do not need to create special SharePoint list of user birthdays and modify this list from time to time.
- The flow does not send the birthday e-mail to celebrant(s), it sends the e-mail containing the list of today's celebrants to the pre-defined address. It can be the address of a distribution list or Office 365 group or even a Team channel.
Prerequisites
- Delve should be enabled in your Microsoft 365 (Office 365). Only user who set their birthday in Delve will be listed in the celebration email.
- You have to create the distribution list "AllUsers" - static or dynamic.
- (Optional) You have to create the distribution list "NoReply" with no members and assign yourself "Send as" right on it.
