In this video Banker Bob, a branch manager of a bank, has been overwhelmed by customers trying to get help with their PPP loan. While he wants to provide the best service to his customers, he is also one of a few people in the bank across the state that is actually processing the loans, so he has to figure out how to process all the loans, and answer the same questions for many of his clients, and get them quick support. The PVA can handle a lot of the client questions while Banker Bob is busy at work getting loans through instead of fielding all of the calls, while his clients still get help! #win-win
