How do i tell what version of Liquid runs within my Power Pages?
[Maybe not allowed to admit this dirty secret on MS Fora!...: ]
I know it forked from Shopify early at some point and likely stalled
(with incomplete docs, and some Easter Eggs, like the (as far as i can see) undocumented {% break %} tag to get out of for loops for free! ; ).
But some features exist in Shopify's official Liquid as early as 2020 that i would absolutely love to use, like the
{% liquid
if code == 'ugly'
assign multiline = 'codeblock beautification feature!'
endif
assign even = 'more goodies'
for good in stuff
echo "look at all this {{good}} stuff!"
endfor
%}
And this great SharePains blogger, Pieter Veenstra (working in Power Pages!), even says
the {% liquid %} multi-line tag exists (post from 2022).
But i can't get this tag to work in my system. Can i upgrade somehow?
