    I get the following error in the last step, what does it mean?

     

    An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): Microsoft.Xrm.DataProvider.Connector.Plugins.CreateVirtualTablePlugin: System.TimeoutException: Couldn’t complete execution of the Microsoft.Xrm.DataProvider.Connector.Plugins.CreateVirtualTablePlugin plug-in within the 2-minute limit.
