Title: Automating Registration for Courses or School Events

Description: This Flow will allow you to automatically set up course or event registrations and send confirmation emails to the organizer and attendee. 

Detailed Instructions: 

  1. Import the package attached below into your own environment.
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint accounts. 
  3. Set up a Microsoft Form with all the question you need for an attendee to fill out. 
  4. Create a SharePoint online List with the fields that you request in the form. 
  5. Choose the form and list you created in the previous steps and fill in with the appropriate fields, using my photos to guide.
  6. Set up the switch statement if you want to have different grades go to different emails.
