Coronavirus Tracking application : Power Apps template

The API structure changed a bit resulting in Maps to be empty.

I have uploaded the latest solution code base to

 do have a couple of questions around the mapping features. Do you know if it is possible to:

• Enable panning on the map when on manual zoom mode? 
  Currently all I am using is the static bing maps Image. So not much can be done here. 
  However, MSFT has annouced new GeoSpatial components which are in private preview.
  Here is my COVID 19 tracker App in action using the new GeoSpatial components - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipot4cd0-zQ
  I will share this version of the App as soon as the Geo Spatial components go into Public Preview.
• Use node scaling so as the size of the points on the map are relative to their value i.e. number of cases? (I know this feature is available in Power BI mapping)
  Geo Spatial Components do not have scaling options for now but may be once it goes into GA it has those capabilities.
• Change the background mapping style
  Geo Spatial Components do have multiple Map styles.
  Even the Static Bing Map has multiple styles.

I appreciate the quality and accuracy of the data is not within your control but do you know if there is any way to communicate with those who do manage the data i.e. CSSE? The UK information is already a bit out of date and it would be far more useful if it provided at a country level e.g. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and even better again if it were available at a county level.

For more specific county level data you would have to look for any publicly available api's that you can plug with.

Can a client without any knowledge of PowerApps take this on themself? - Yes

The deployment steps covers publishing of artifacts,web service call flow and the App itself.

If a consultant is involved, how much time is required from the client to advise on business requirements? 

If the App is to be used as is then not much work is needed.

If changes are required then it would depend upon the requirements.

If the client puts together a team to advised on business requirements - who would these team members be? What are their roles in their day jobs?

Team members would be the business users in this case. They could be playing any role in the organization. Power Apps & specifically this solution is ready to use and run with.

If a consultant is involved - how many hours, days, would they need to allocate to the deployment

Max 15 mins.

Hi Reza,  Great app, Thanks.

We have just one problem. The data is populate and filter per country and region is working fine. However the maps stays blank. We got a bingmap key , We do not get  the error that there is no key.

Any ideas, what the problem can be?

Firstly, great job! I was able to follow the video guide really easily and get the app set up correctly the first time, which is great as this was only my second app!

Really nice work there Reza! A perfect example of how to combine all sorts of Office365 and external services to achieve a fully functional (and practical in these times) application.
