042 - Creating ServiceNow Tickets from Microsoft Teams Message using Power Automate

In this video we are going to discuss a new feature found in Microsoft Teams/Power Automate that allows a user to kick off a flow from a posted message. The scenario we are going to dive deeper into involves using information from our conversation to create a new Incident Ticket in ServiceNow. We will also be able to collect more information from an Adaptive Card which will be shown to our user and return a ticket number to them after it is created.
