Every week after teaching a live Power Platform University class I have to send out meeting notes, links, and most importantly an invite to the next Teams Meeting.
To do this I built a Power Apps app for the inputs. Then I send the details over to a Power Automate cloud flow. The flow then gets the list of students from an API. It parse and filters them to just the right people. Then it loops through and send each one an Outlook invite with a Teams meeting link. Boom. Saves me so much time and will teach you so much about automation.
