Here is a quick tool to help comply with Clocs. https://www.clocs.org.uk/
Its a simple version of the full app that I am working on. In this initial release you just need to attach a data source to the Collection "VehicleChecklistDemo" on the submit button, Patch to SP list.
Currently working on the next version to include site lookup, delivery management and Licence plate recognition.
