Introduction to Solutions and Power Platform ALM – by Todd Baginski 

Solutions are how Power Apps creators, package, and maintain units of software that extend Common Data Service. For example, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service apps are composed of solutions. Customizers and developers distribute solutions so that organizations can use Common Data Service to install and uninstall the business functionality defined by the solution.

An introduction to Microsoft Power Virtual Agents by Charles Sterling

In this session Charles Sterling will take you on all demo tour of the newest member of the Power Platform: Microsoft Power Virtual Agents. If you aren’t familiar with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, they enable you to easily create and maintain intelligent chatbots without having to code.
