This is a Flow I use to minimise interruptions when I'm working on project work. It utilises the Calendly connector, checks to if the requester is in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service using the CDS connector, creates an Approval and posts it to Teams which if approved, will create a support case in Dynamics 365.
