We will leverage a Gallery control with checkboxes to convert a SharePoint Choice column data card to use a Multi Select Checkbox experience in Power Apps Form, use the Radio button control to convert Choice column or Number column data card into a radio list (similar to Likert column experience in Microsoft Forms) & use the List box control to covert a choice column data card into a list of choices to select from.
