This solution uses PowerApps which gives the Recruitment team an UI to upload resume and provide job description, AI custom prompt of model type gpt-4, AI builder models like PDF to text to extract text from resume pdf file and AI builder sentiment analysis model to help recruiters with the overall sentiment score of the candidate. This solution also maintains the repository of all the resumes in the SharePoint along with the AI generated fitment check response and overall sentiment to keep a track of how well AI helped the recruitment team in analyzing the profiles.
