Automate the process of exporting Power BI files (pbix) to template files (pbit) using UI flow (RPA)

Step by step walk through of creating a Power Automate UI flow to export Power BI desktop files to template files (pbix to pbit)

 

We will be using a manual flow button to trigger the UI flow to start converting the pbix files in a folder to pbit

 

The flow can also be triggered based on a schedule to periodically convert the pbix files to pbit files

    Maximizing the window during recording will automatically set the selenium recorded to track that.
