    Follow a lot of your videos and had a question on one of yours particularly.

    You have the Build your own Audit on YouTube. 

    Do you have the app available to download?  This looks different then the video.

    Extract the zip file, then open PowerApps, go to file, new, then browse for the msapp file you just extracted. It will open for you.
