What is the Gatepass App about?
Any organization that has visitors in its premises be it in the corporate office, industrial or manufacturing area, must keep proper track of the visitors and ensure the visitors carry proper visitor badge. A manual entry process is cumbersome and tends to be prone to errors.
SPW Gatepass is PowerApp for Visitor management to the organization’s premises, which manages data electronically. This App is built on O365, PowerApps, Microsoft Flows and uses SharePoint Online as the backend repository. It can be accessed thru any Smart (Anroid, iOS) device,
It helps organizations manage the daily visitors to their premises by providing a simple smart interface. Once the data (Visitor's Image + Signature) gets added, visitor receives an email, referring that he collects the badge from Security desk or Reception.
The system helps standardize the process and dashboard functionality even provides the count of visitors in at any point of time and the total visitors for each day. The Gatepass system is a must have for any organizations that wish to keep record of visitors for compliance and reporting as well.
