Hi

We have tried the Partner portal template and it is probably what we are searching for.

We are now trying to test the Customer portal but we are not sure what Dynamics 365 application (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Marketing) to chose and how to enable Dual-write to get started.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

The Partner Portal traditionally is a Dynamics 365 for Sales focused offering (but can extend into Field Service should you be using Field Service).
