Build a workflow to capture responses for an audit

Hello,

Could someone please point me in the right direction for this?

I am currently conducting a review of applications within our organisation. I have a list of applications, their owners, and the technical owners.

I would like to create a flow that emails a questionnaire to the technical owner of each Application. The application owner would then approve the responses, which would be saved to a central location Ideally, I would like to capture screenshots as part of this questionare process as well.

As a nice to have feature, it would be great if the flow could email the previous answers for review if the questionnaire has been completed before, as this will be an annual task.
