hi @hardikv

i checked with custom errors. It was enabled by default . and i came to know that it is a user friendly error message showing option. how can we know what is the reason behind the error by using that option.?

i have found the reason behind it. it was caused by plugin error. so just enabled plugin errors in portals and fixed it
