Can not create a portal

In PowerApps I get the following error when trying to create a PowerApps Portal. No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI 'https://portalsitewide-nam.portal-infra.dynamics.com/api/v1/powerPortal/ProvisioningPortal?orgId=db7a4e14-3668-42fd-9ece-cf560380705c&orgName=Tombstone Unified School District '.

Have already tried on IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox and in there incognito modes. I am also an Environment Admin, and have complete access to create and administer PowerApps.

Hi @Wisper ,

Can you please explain bit more of the scenario. If your intention is to create a portal then you can simply login in to the following URL
1. https://make.powerapps.com/
2. New App > Select portal

I understand that but when I do I get the above error, at the end of the creation process.

Think you'll have to log a support ticket with Microsoft for this one.

hi @Wisper ,

Please confirm you have valid powerapps license to perform this operation. And also you should be at least in the Environment Maker Role. The Environment Maker role can create resources within an environment, including apps, connections, custom connectors, gateways, and flows using Power Automate. Environment makers can also distribute the apps they build in an environment to other users in your organization. They can share the app with individual users, security groups, or all users in the organization.

I am in that role, and I have been making power apps flows in connections and distribute your him throughout my organisation. As for filing a ticket with Microsoft they told me to come here.

Awesome @Wisper , it is great to hear you got the right role. If Microsoft advised you to post the question here then the next step we could try is

can you open the incognito window in your chrome and make sure block third party cookies switch is off. Now login to 1. https://make.powerapps.com/ and try creating the portal again.

I already tried that and 3 different browsers with their incognito modes.

Then can you post the screenshot of what is in your apps area.? Also would be great if you can post the screenshot of the dialog window when you create new portal ?

Microsoft should not be telling you to come here for a setup issue where you are seeing an error message. Did you log a request at admin.microsoft.com (if you get the automated support assistant, turn it off, do a search and then click the Contact support link at the bottom of the page)
