Teams + Tasks + shifts

Hello,

Recently I started using shifts for my team but i am wondering if i can adjjust some functionalities to this like:

a) Demand for shifts- for example in Excell when i write formula that i need 3 different shifts one day and i have only 2 people available the demnad is not full filled  and i would liek to see it (at this point i see only the colors) is it possible to adjust something like this to teams using addons ?

b) We use paper version of work instruction map as far as i am concerned there is an addon called "tasks" where i can prepare it but it is not linked to the shifts in teams. At this point i can adjust some activities for shifts which should be done by my team mate but i cannot check if he did it already. The question is it somehow possible to connect tasks to specifcs shift in "shifts" to verify when it is done ?

exmpl. Shift from 6:00 to 14:00

8 activities and possibility to mark them as done like it works in tasks?

A little bit long question but i am quite new to it.
