** this issue just started happening Friday morning after the MS forms outage.
I have a form and Flow that has been working great for the last year, and it just stopped working on Friday, Dec 7th -I now receive "not found" error on "Get response details". If I edit the flow and look at the 'Get Response Details" step, and attempt to browse for forms, it only shows me new forms that I've created since Friday -all other forms don't appear in the drop-down - so it's like suddenly flow can't see the old forms. I've tried from a blank form as well as from template to no avail.
I'd like to submit a case to support, but looks like I have to upgrade to 'premium' to do that? I'd like to avoid the need to upgrade - we're on a non-profit license right now.
