Send data from a SharePoint list by email and interact with Customer Voice to record users' responses

Hi, I have designed the following flow:

A tool sends to SharePoint a spreadsheet with possible payment duplications.
A flow in Power Automate adds the data to a SharePoint list, divides it by information owner, formats the data, creates a URL link and send by email to the information owner.
The information owner clicks in the URL, that sends him to a Customer Voice Survey, that populates the description of single answer questions with the possible duplications. This is done with the use of variables, that capture the values from the URL and generates the content.
Each user responds with a "yes/no" to confirm if the data is an actual duplication.
Another flow from Power Automate captures the responses and updates the original SharePoint list with the responses of each user.

Both flows are working (they were not my idea, by the way, but I thought it was awesome!). Is there a better way to do it? I have a hard time with the look of the data in the Survey, because due to sending it in the URL, I limit myself with the formatting options provided by Customer Voice for this idea.

Any suggestions of how to do that are greatly appreciated.
