Sign up page rendering issue

Sometimes Sign in page is doesn't loads correctly .  Either It takes time to load in correctly UI or loads in default UI of browser .

    A refresh usually fix that issue, I think that's more a connectivity issue than a website issue itself.

    If this is very recurrent you might need to reach out to Microsoft with a support ticket, but I can't see as a Portal related issue.
