I’m encountering the following error across all my apps with maps:
"Cannot connect to mapping service. Check your internet connection or visit Azure Status for more information."
Here’s the situation:
I haven’t recently made any changes to the apps or enabled new features.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be related to a backend service outage or a configuration problem? Any tips for troubleshooting would be appreciated!
Check Azure Maps Account: Verify your Azure Maps account is active and subscription limits haven’t been exceeded in the Azure Portal.
Validate API Key or Connection String: Ensure the API key or connection string used in the app is correct and active. Regenerate if necessary.
Test Azure Maps Connection: Use tools like Postman to test Azure Maps API connectivity to isolate the issue.
Inspect Address Input Field: Confirm the Items property in Power Apps is properly configured with the Azure Maps API key.
Verify App Settings: Check the Azure Maps Connector in Power Apps and ensure the data source is authorized.
