Basic Theme not displaying in browser

For some reason basic themes are not saving in my trial portal, I change the theme to dark blue etc , it updates in the editor but when I browse to the website it reverts back to standard. The theme is still applied in the editor but when I subsequently close/reopen the editor the theme has reverted back to standard yet when I look at the themes it says dark blue is selected.

Any suggestions as it's driving me insane.

Hi @shaunbest

Once you applied the theme. Press sync configuration and browse website > Ctrl + F5 - hard refresh to see the

newly applied theme.

Note: If you have any other browser window where you have parallel sessions running. Please close everything and start fresh and apply the above suggestions.

Thanks for the response, I had a meeting with Microsoft yesterday & it appears this is not simply a caching problem soething freaky is happening with the on load code, hopefully they can offer a solution.

Update, I have accidentally managed to resolve this issue, turned off basic themes, synced config, browsed website then returned to the editor & switched themes back on & it is now working as expected.
