What is the purpose of this site settings - HelpDesk/Deflection/DefaultSelectedProductName ?

The learn site has the value missing for this site setting and its purpose is not clear ?

Can anyone help ?

On that table in your screen shot, there is a scroll bar at the bottom of it, there is a short 1 line description to the right. ~~Basically, it enables/disables Entitlements (its default is false, so if not present it will be false)~~.

Edit: read the wrong line in the table, it defaults to a specific product for Case Deflection (the search results presented to try and deflect the user from logging a case)
