Production environment gone missing

A production environment in my PowerApps tenant has gone missing. The environment was intitially set up as a trial environment many months ago, and was subsequently promoted to a production environment as the trial expiry approached. The conversion was on or around February 22nd, and we noticed the environment missing this morning; it is not found in the environment dropdown, nor in the Admin Center. Direct links to Advanced Settings (i.e. https://org[MyMissingOrg].crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?settingsonly=true#623008556) error out:

I can provide more details, but confidentiality is a concern, so would like to retain that info for now. Any suggestions for troubleshoting or escalation would be appreciated.

    @v-yuxima-msft I am getting the same issue that I have created a couple of production environments but shortly after, they disappear from my list of environments. However, our global admin can see them in their list on the global admin page.

    I had to shepherd the ticket through MS Support. They were helpful, though a bit slow. Admittedly, I didn't press very hard. The environment, though production, wasn't critical path, and dealing with a week of absence wasn't burdensome.

    @v-yuxima-msft,

     

    The environment itself is missing from the environment drop-down in the PowerApps "home" page, and the Admin Center. The same can be observed in other browsers, and by other users that have appropriate access, all with valid accounts and E3 + PowerApps P2 licences.

     

    We also haven't gotten close to our limit for number of Trial/Production environments, so that shouldn't be an issue.

     

    I've raised an official ticket w/MS, so if there's a resolution, and anything that can be reported back, I'll update this thread.

    Do you mean the product environment is missed in your Admin Center's environment list?

    Could you please try with another browser?

    Do you have one valid account?

    What liscense do you have?
