Dear

i have created used a flow for approval process its working fine and getting approvals notifications both on email and teams but i need when an approval approves status of the approvals should be changed in SharePoint list Aswell can someone guide to what can i do to update status in same SharePoint list if its approved or rejected status of the item sholud be updated.

Hi john,

inside you conditions you need to add the update item action which you can use to update your sharepoint list with whatever status we are getting from approvals

What have you added in the condition part of the flow.

You could use the "update item" action.

In the id portion, use the id of the "when the item is created" action.

Then change the value of the column that you want to change.
