In Power Pages - Getting error "you don't have permissions to view these records."

Hi,

I have been following the workshop which I think is "Power Pages in a Day". Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/power-pages-online-workshop/

But under module: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/power-pages-workspace-data-components-online-work...

There are some things missing and one major error I am getting given below.

Things missing:

From the workshop it shows:

The "Actions" tab is missing. I feel this info. on this website is outdated.

Major Error I am getting:

Above pic is when I haven't created any permissions yet. But once I do, I get some other error given below:

Now what's wrong here? Am I missing something? Please guide me.

Hi @NathanAlvares24,

can you try to add the permissions under the security tab in your power page?
Other than that just try inserting a form which you can later delete. But sometimes there seems to be bug where the view or form is not loaded properly. Loading a view or a form completely usually enables the other components to work as well.

Just one last thing, what about that Actions tab missing from Add list?
Action tab missing:

The reason as to why I require the Actions tab so that I can make my list editable or can add something or delete a record just like in the below pic:
The above pic is from the workshop. I really want to achieve that. Do let me know.

Hi @NathanAlvares24,

He uses the Portalmanagement rather than the GUI inside the designer.
Sometimes the design studio seems to have bugs.
