There are probably running instances of your flow. Check if there are instances running and cancel them. When you say you disabled it, you turned it off? If you have no running instances and you turned it off and are still getting e-mails from the flow, that would be surprising. I would then delete the flow. If you still get e-mails, they must be coming from another workflow.
