To build a flow that populates a fillable PDF template using Microsoft Power Automate

I have a company PDF template form that I need to populate with Sharepoint list data.

How can I do this?

Hi @naeemahsmall

I think there is no direct option to do that in Power automate cloud flow, But you can try this way to acheive same in Power automate cloud flow

use a word template and then fill it using power automate and then create a file out of it (a word document) and then use convert file action to convert that to pdf (see whether that works)

Else , use a ui automation using flow developed using power automate desktop which reads the data and input it to fields in pdf just like how humans do 🙂
